Services Description

Price Team Real Estate provides real estate brokerage services, including but not limited to:

• Property listing and marketing services
• Buyer representation and property search assistance
• Market analysis and consultation
• Transaction coordination and support
• Real estate investment guidance

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Honour signed agreements and commitments
• Communicate in a timely and professional manner
• Respect the time and expertise of our team

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and professional service, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Price Team Real Estate or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

Professional Standards

Our team adheres to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) REALTOR® Code, and operates under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA), as administered by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), as well as all applicable provincial and federal real estate laws and regulations. We are committed to providing professional, ethical service to all clients.

Commission and Fees

Commission rates and fees will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon in writing before any listing or buyer representation agreement is signed. All fees are subject to negotiation and will be detailed in your service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate our professional relationship in accordance with the terms specified in the signed agreement. Upon termination, certain obligations may continue as specified in the original agreement.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
