The Price Team was founded by mother–son duo Diane and Justin, lifelong Ancaster residents with a shared belief: real estate is about people first and property second. An Ancaster native and McMaster University graduate (B.MRSc), Justin brings analytical rigour to real estate operations. While his primary focus is managing the behind-the-scenes details that matter—from regulatory compliance to process optimization—he occasionally works directly with select investor clients who benefit from his strategic, data-driven approach.
Justin's operational philosophy mirrors his golf game: success comes from careful planning, consistent execution, and attention to every detail. His commitment to operational excellence ensures that every Price Team client experiences the seamless, professional service that's become our hallmark.

REALTOR®
Krisztina brings a rare combination of skills to real estate: the caring precision of a registered nurse and the focused discipline of a martial artist. With degrees from both Mohawk College and McMaster University, her nursing background taught her to think critically, act decisively, and always put people first—skills that translate perfectly to guiding clients through real estate's important moments.
Fifteen years of martial arts training instilled the discipline, focus, and self-control that define her practice today. Just as she once balanced the demands of nursing with raising two kids, Krisztina now expertly manages multiple transactions while ensuring every client feels like her only priority. Mark brings nearly three decades of high-level management experience from one of the most competitive industries in the country: automotive. Leading dealership operations for brands like Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, and Chrysler, he mastered negotiation, reading people, and delivering an experience worth talking about. That foundation, paired with a Marketing and Business Administration diploma from Mohawk College, translates naturally into helping clients across Ancaster, Hamilton, and the Golden Horseshoe navigate real estate with confidence. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, he considers that cross-cultural connection one of his greatest strengths.
Mark is strategic in his planning but creative and adaptable when the moment calls for it. His market expertise stretches across the Golden Horseshoe—from Hamilton to Niagara, Burlington to Oakville, and Brantford's emerging neighbourhoods. This broad geographic knowledge, combined with his natural connection to younger buyers, makes Kyle invaluable for clients navigating today's dynamic market. The youngest member of The Price Team, Lennon brings boundless enthusiasm and a wagging tail to every office day. At just over a year old, Lennon has already mastered the art of the welcome wagon, greeting visitors with an energy that perfectly captures The Price Team spirit.
